The National Adoption Foundation was established in 1994 by adoptive parents who understand the unmet needs faced by families in the adoption process. The National Adoption Foundation is the only national resource dedicated exclusively to facilitating the entire process by providing support, information and services directly to adoptive families before, during and after adoptions are finalized.

Our Mission
The mission of the National Adoption Foundation is to grow families in America. We accomplish this by removing financial barriers and providing information, services and a supportive community to adoptive families. The Foundation's programs are available to any family whether they are adopting an infant, a child from abroad or a child from foster care.

In collaboration with our corporate partners, The Foundation has created additional programs like credit cards, insurance and 529 College Savings Plans that grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends may access to support the cause. These corporations make a contribution to our grant fund every time these services are utilized.
